Their Big-Gov Unequal-Access and the Invisible Disadvantaged: Beware of the Unequal-Access Education Rule: What is tested with “high-stakes” accountability gets taught; what is not tested gets unequal access. While K-12 students of “socio-academic advantage” (higher test results) likely get balanced, full-curriculum access or can outsource to learn, the “invisible” disadvantaged (lower test scores) learn to grow up with narrow, separate and disabling unequal-access educations (A4).
